Bachelor of Arfs:
With greater maturity, dogs may have greater ability to concentrate for extended duration and less distraction with environmental stimuli. On the down side, many dogs have developed inappropriate behaviors that they’ve exhibited for months or even years. Our classes assist owners in becoming more aware, understanding their dogs more fully and developing the patience and skills necessary to change their own and their dogs’ behavior.
Lessons include but are not limited to: polite greeting and leash walking, exercises for impulse control (sit/down/stand/stay), coming when called, showing respect by yielding space and waiting politely when told, leave it, weekly problem solving discussions and much, much more.
Limited to 8 dogs
Ages 1 year and up
Current vaccinations or titers required
Terrible Teens:
Adolescent dogs present unique challenges. As with human teenagers, adolescent puppies often test their owners’ limits and their patience. This class is specifically geared toward helping owners survive their dogs’ difficult time and produce pets whose exemplary behavior will make them proud.
