Agility Advanced Beginner Monday 1:30pm

To move from beginner to advanced beginner, the dog must be able to perform the following commands: come when called from a 15 foot distance, sit and/or down and stay for 15 seconds from a distance of 6 feet, and go to a target 3 feet away. Obstacle performance requirements include the bar jump (6-12” depending on dog’s height); broad jump (1-2 boards depending on dog’s size); pause table, u-shaped closed tunnel, tire jump; panel jump; 4.5’ dog walk (using 2-on/2-off method)*, dogwalk, full-length chute. The dog must be comfortable with the sound made by the seesaw and be able to run through channel weaves not more than 1.5 times the width of the dog.
*If the dog is doing running contacts, the instructor must approve its performance in order to graduate to the next level.
Session is 8 weeks long.
