The dog should be able to perform at least 3 obstacles at full speed. Obstacle performance requirements include: single, double and triple jumps, broad, tire and panel jumps, closed tunnel, chute, A-frame, dogwalk and table. In addition, dogs should be working off-leash without excessive running around, be using a weaving motion through the poles or, if trained using wires, these should have been faded to a large extent. Dogs should be doing the seesaw reasonably well. Handlers must be able to do back, front and blind crosses (going through a closed tunnel). They must be able to do a shoulder pull to turn the dog going over 2-3 jumps set at 90 degree angles. The dog’s recall and stay must be reliable and it must be able to work off leash even with other leashed dogs nearby.
Session is 8 weeks long.
